Shipping policy

The site delivers the following areas and countries: France (Metropolitan France, Corsica, DOM-TOM), Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

Shipments are delivered by LA POSTE Colissimo with no additional charges and will last between 2 and 5 days.

A tracking number will be sent to you by our services to follow your parcels.

Deliveries are made every day of the week except sundays and holidays.

In case of absence, a notice of pending delivery is left in your mailbox indicating the coordinates of the post office where to withdraw the parcel.

Your package is kept for 10 consecutive days in the post office.

You can track your package at any time on the website of the post office by indicating your tracking number:

At the time of delivery, any damage or spoliation noted on the goods must be the subject of written, precise, complete, quantified, dated and signed reservations on the delivery slip by your care. Failing this, the goods are deemed to have beeń delivered in good condition.

We therefore strongly recommend that you record in writing on all copies of the transport document the reservations made on your delivery, and date them.

The reservations must be clear and precise as to the nature and extent of the damage. Indeed, "vague" reservations such as "subject to inspection" or "subject to unpacking" or "damage to be checked" have no value and can be contested by the carrier.

Finally, the reservations must be complete, because only the damage listed in the reservations will be considered as existing at the time of delivery. The taking of delivery without reserve or with imprecise reserves entails a presumption of compliant reception towards you. Concerning missing products in your package, any declaration must be made within 12 hours after receipt of your package. Any claim made after this period will not be retained and will not be reimbursed.

For any reshipment of order of the name withdrawal of your package will charge additional postage.
